absolute ceiling
A Solidity constant with no setter — it cannot be raised. Not won't; can't.
12 → 19 → 25
the upgrade ladder
Counted sales at which a board can trade its artwork for the next tier.
12 days
fastest route to Tier 1
A 24-hour cooldown per token means twelve counted sales take twelve separate days.
The world of the Syndicate
Humanity found itself amidst a technological revolution, where AI, art, and human ambition merged into a sprawling hyperculture. Skateboarding — timeless symbol of rebellion and creativity — became the ultimate canvas for innovation.
Within this world the Ultramodern Speed Syndicate was born, each board crafted by the enigmatic Master Forger: a mythic figure who claimed to work with cosmic energies and fragments of the human soul.
Every piece is a unique vision of that world, its inhabitants, and their untamed imaginations — and every one of them keeps a record of where it has been.
How a board evolves
Every piece keeps a record of its own trades — the more it moves, the more it becomes.
- Mint
The board
Where every piece starts: a deck, and its own counter at zero.
- 12
Rollerskates
Tier 1. The deck is traded for rollerskates — same character, same hand that drew it.
- 19
Moped
Tier 2. Rollerskates for a moped. The board is going somewhere; that's the whole idea.
- 25
Undisclosed
Tier 3. Three to five attributes chosen with the holder and applied to that token alone.
Upgrades are opt-in — whoever holds the token when it hits a threshold decides, and declining costs nothing: a later holder can still accept a tier an earlier one passed on. Every upgrade archives what it replaced, so an upgraded token carries the permanent URI of the render it used to be. The history is recoverable, not overwritten.
What counts as a sale
Every crypto-native who hears “it upgrades when it sells” thinks wash trading. The answer lives in the bytecode, not in a promise — three brakes, all enforced on-chain.
BRAKE 01
Authorised venue
Only the TUSS marketplace and auction can report a sale. Raw transfers advance nothing.
BRAKE 02
Price floor
$4.99, or 50% of that token's own last counted sale — whichever is higher.
BRAKE 03
Cooldown
One counted sale per token per 24 hours.
Which means the fastest possible route to Tier 1 is twelve separate days. The floor and the cooldown have hard minimums compiled in — nobody can set them to zero, including the studio.
