What it's for

pViTok funds the reward programs behind VTS NFT collections — the payouts holders earn for holding, staking, and taking part. It is not sold as a standalone product; it exists to make those rewards something you can verify rather than take on trust.

Where the supply sits

900,000,000 of the supply sits in a reward treasury contract. 100,000,000 is liquid, covering liquidity, listings, and operations.

The treasury is owned by a timelock, not a person. Every change to it — funding a new program, raising a budget, moving unallocated reserve — has to be scheduled publicly, wait 48 hours, and then be executed. Scheduling and executing both require a 2-of-3 multisig. A separate guardian address can cancel anything during that 48-hour window, and can do nothing else: it cannot propose, and it cannot execute.

The token contract itself is owned by that same timelock. There is no key anywhere that can mint pViTok on demand.

How rewards are released

Every reward program is registered with three limits, enforced by the contract rather than by policy:

  • A lifetime budget it can never exceed
  • A linear vesting schedule, so its budget releases gradually instead of at once
  • A rolling 365-day cap, a hard ceiling on emission in any twelve months

195,000,000 is currently committed across 13 registered programs. Committed budgets cannot be withdrawn by the treasury owner — they leave only when that program's own distributor contract claims them. The remaining 705,000,000 is uncommitted and can be allocated only through the timelock.

Not the Ethereum "ViTok"

A token named ViTok exists on Ethereum at 0x124348fd110a41d0123ebbd2de38c4c823dbfb2a. pViTok is a different asset. It is not bridged to it, not backed by it, and not redeemable for it. Same brand, different supply, different chain — which is why this one is named pViTok.

Verify it yourself

All three contracts are verified on Polygonscan:
