VT: SportsPort
Move your athlete's SportsPort to your account
When you buy a SportsPort, Vivid Tokenz holds it for you — your athlete is a child and has no account of their own. You can move it into your account instead. It stays exactly as valid, and an official scanning it at a gate sees exactly the same thing. What changes is who holds it: you.
This can be done once, and it cannot be undone.
If you later lose access to this account, we can issue your athlete a replacement — but the record of past checks and the current expiry date do not carry over; the new one starts its year from the day it is issued. If you are not sure you will keep this account, leave the SportsPort with us. It is safe either way.
1. Which SportsPort
Both are on the receipt from when it was bought. We ask for the same two things a renewal asks for.
Not sure? Leave it. A SportsPort held by Vivid Tokenz works exactly the same at every gate, and you can move it any time later.
