VT: SportsPortAlready have a SportsPort
Your athlete's card, wherever they play.
Everything here works with two things you already have: the athlete code (shown when you filed the form, and in every renewal reminder) and the email you signed the form with.
Show the check-in card
The code an official scans at the gate, on your phone or printed as a spare. It shows them your athlete's name, their ID and whether they are eligible — no date of birth, school or document.
A tournament that wants paper
On the same page, the Tournament letter tab prints one page for a named event: where your athlete stands under that event's age rule, with a code the director scans to confirm it live. If the host gave you a guest event code, enter it and the host's own rules are used.
On a traveling team?
If your coach sent you a join link for the team's check-in sheet, open it and add your athlete with the same code and email. Your coach never sees either, and you can take your athlete off at any time.
Hold it in your own account
Your athlete's SportsPort is held for you by Vivid Tokenz, and it works at every gate exactly as it is. If you would rather hold it yourself, you can move it into your own account — once — and it will show up in your portfolio beside anything else you collect.
